Allow approximately 1–2 business days for order processing. Once the parcel leaves us, delivery is expected to take 3–5 business days. Carrier timing may vary and is not guaranteed; checkout determines whether shipping is free and shows any charge.
A valid address, reachable email, and current phone number are required for fulfillment. Carrier tracking is provided as it becomes available. Tell us without delay if tracking stops moving, the parcel is lost or damaged, or delivery is recorded but nothing arrived.
