We prepare an order after receiving a successful payment authorization. Accepted methods are limited to the choices shown in the current checkout for that order.
The payment service can approve or decline a transaction, conduct review, or require identity or account verification. Billing information must be correct; uncompleted, high-risk, or unverified payments can lead to delay or cancellation.
Complete bank-card numbers are not retained on this website. For declines, failed charges, disputes, authorization holds, chargebacks, or exchange-rate issues, the issuing institution or payment provider is usually the proper contact.
Approved refunds are generally sent back through the payment method first used, as described in the Refund Policy.
